The name of the building is : Has Inuyama

Unfortunately i didnt find it in the STEX.

Many Japanese baters are not making many new things.....

Some baters have left to RL.....

Some of their sites are either dying or not as updated,,,,,

Here is where I argue.....

MORE BATERS are leaving from ST nowadays then other sites....

MORE NEWBS are using the lot editor rather then the BAT tool...(less bats)

Also more newbs are scared away from bating because peeps around ST tell them they are spaming.....

All in all....its a world wide drop in bating and SC4....but more newbs are playing.....

I'm sorry to say that there just hasn't been very much output from the Japanese SC4 community lately. I still check the sites regularly and will try to post it here if there's anything significant but people have already found and announced the only two releases I can recall over the past couple of months - Somy's 6X6 commercial lot and APTX's train station. KS is posting his work here on Simtropolis, so no need to cover that in this thread, and SimCityForce has been either non-functional or very quiet of late...

i certainly hope its not dead, i just found almost all the japanese buildings i will ever need... lol well im not sure how to download that, it may be in a display page and not for download. i usually click every button on the page till i find the downloads, since thats about all i can do, not speaking japanese at all.

I don't think you can download it. I lot at some other lots on that site and in the attachment files it it has "Lotname.SC4Lot" or .zip at the end. So for now i don't think thats for download, but im still trying to make sure...

In response to some of the previous postings...I, too, feel like there aren't as many people BATting for some of the same reasons mentioned. Some people are too 'old school' and bash new peoples attempts at BAT. As well, in regards to this thread, I think that people are far more site search savvy than in the beginning days of this thread. I for one, don't visit this thread as much as I used to. I have so many Japanese linked sites that I can go directly to them, translate them and see what's up. And, too, with the help of regular posters there were 'guides' to finding Japanese sites created which helped people go and search out stuff rather than relying on posting in this thread.
