Best advice check out pnorrell's Guide to Japanese BAT Hunting. That is how I found most of what I was looking for. Start with the Archive at Sim City Force BBS.

NOB had update his Fake "EDO" Style Props Assortment Pack. He has upload: Polusion Bug Fix File Upload.

As I can understand from his post and the google translation tool, it was the wind turbins that made pollution.

This building by famed architect Kenzo Tange is the Tokyo home for United Nations University, which is a vast academic and research think tank for the UN.  I think it is in Shibuya ward.

There was another Patlabor BAT set a while ago, but they were scaled too big.  These look to be scaled perfectly.  Also, the more I look at those people, the more it looks like they're wearing the orange uniforms!  It even has the green house and chicken coop!  The building itself, and the lot's layout doesn't look accurate, but that's ok.  I'll have to download this later.

I use Winrar from Rarlabs and it opens every single file there

I agree with rayden, winrar is the way to go. However use Winzip if all else fails or the windows one

Well WinRaR and WinZip are both Shareware applications if you don't want to pay for them. This means that they'll only work for abut 30 days or so.

There are many good Zip/RaR programs out there that are free, I use ZipGenious 6 which opens all RaR,Zip,ACE,7zip, and MANY MORE archives... try it!

And btw: About NOB's sunken GLR, I have only seen two or three trams going through and just for slope piece. It looks like the paths are for left hand driving, like in JP.

For those who are not familiar with the terms, "Edo" was the original name for pre-modern Tokyo, which was the powercenter of the Tokugawa shoguns from the 1600s to the mid-1800s. Under this last samurai regime, Japan isolated itself from the world, focusing inward while centering its political and ultimately economic life onto Edo, which grew immensely and saw an amazing flourishing of popular native art and culture, perhaps similar in effect as the Renaissance was to Europe. Focused on the crowded city of Edo, the outlook was urban, with themes of city life and city entertainment. This was the golden age of kabuki theater, geisha wards, and woodblock mass printing, and it also saw the rise of the merchant class and consumerization. Many of modern Japan's large department stores, trading houses, and corporate giants have their small-shop roots in this era. "Edo Period" and "Edo Style" refer to this point in time and its art and architecture.

"Nagaya" are a type of row house or long house, where numerous small units shared one long roof with a single long ridgeline. Often numerous dependant families or samurai vassals or a lord could all be uniformly and compactly housed in these, and they naturally appeared in great numbers in Edo. The shogunal city of Edo was built as defensive rings around a castle with multiple moats and defenses, and its crowded lowlying waterfront areas were built over river estuaries, so much of the city depended on a spiderweb of canals and small rivers for transportation, and canal features are prominent in its urban appearance. Being a "fake Edo style," the tall apartments buildings of course are going to be somewhat fantastical, as the only really tall multi-leveled building was the keep of the shogun's castle.

Hmmm, I wonder if NOB is quietly also planning the many daimyo mansions, vast white market warehouses, and bustling urban temples from this era as well.

Yes , ive noticed the same. No trams in the straight pieces at all , also trams switch when they enter the slope from right to left. Probably not compatible to english european versions of sim city.

Have asked (request) for mod for the sunken GLR, that would change the pathing tot right hand drive. Hope it's on the list of things to do.

I tested the sunken GLR straight piece and noticed that most of the trains are only visible if you go to subway mode. Everynow and then I get to see a train in normal view but most are only visible as subway. I also noticed that this piece works as a subway station.
