Gecko_2006:  I won't change it a whole ton, since I don't want to remodel very much.  It will mostly be rearranging and tweaking.

Brad-MacD:  Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer!  I hope to finish this within 2 or 3 weeks.

Nardo69:  Yeah, there will be VanWingerden Plaza A and B.  A will be the tall one and B will be the short one (some of the roof and some other details will be a little different so it doesn't look like a perfect clone).  Then I think I'll make a central plaza that also acts as a subway station so that people can make those modernist complexes.

I haven't worked on the building since the last update.  I don't think I'll have time to do any real work.

You know something good is going on when people say "wow."  I'm glad this building that was originally going to be a quicky is turning out so good.

opps, I meant to say that I won't be able to work on it until next weekend, lol. 

Then I'll probably finish the nitelites, and then the weekend after that I'll make the short version and the plaza and export them all.  I've only worked on this building for three weekends, which is pretty good compared to the months and months I usually spend.  I think the changes I make will be worth the time.

Earlier today I had my last class.  Next week I have finals, and all I have to do is study (I've finished the projects due during the finals in advance).

So, I made a new building!  All that's left are any suggestions made here, and the night lighting (which will be pretty simple).

This is a wall to wall modern building.  It will line up with my other wall to wall buildings.

What do you think it should be?  CO$$$ CO$$ CS$$$ CS$$??  This isn't the type of building that should grow very frequently, and it also looks like it's $$$, so I was thinking CO$$$ since it has a lot of competition.  I keep on meaning to make $$ buildings, but they always end up being $$$, lol.

The windows remind me of the ones used in the Bauhaus building in Germany. Yeah, THE Bauhaus building... It really looks like a European modernist building!

I think it ought to go in as a CS$$$ too. Those hardly ever grow!

ilikehotdogsalot:  Thanks!  This one is actually almost done, I pretty much finished the nitelites (just simple ones), and from now on it's just adding detail where it's needed.  Out of all of my projects, this one might be the first to get released.

MarcosMX:  Thanks, I've sorta redone the roof, but I think it's better now.

sparkythepenguin:  A few months ago I saw that building and I was thinking about BATing it, but I didn't know what the building was like except for a few views, so I didn't.  I do like the windows on that one, and it might have inspired me to do windows like that.

The name of the building (that's just some temporary text, but I have a name in mind), and the address.  The name will (or has been, I've since added it) also be on the top white bar.

Glenni:  I'm glad that came across.

Spike345:  I think that's because of the professionalism of modernism, and also because there are a ton of small family practices in the suburbs, a lot of them using modern architecture.

id say CO$$$ everything on the STEX is CO$$ so it would be nice to have some more variety in CO$$$. plus it looks high wealth thanks to the new roof.

Whatever you do, make it high wealth please. It's an incredible looking building, but i think that the STEX (and my plugins folder) is flooded with $$ stuff. Services are definetly in demand, but so is High Wealth office space. i'd be happy either way.
