Yes In fact the one in spiderman is the Windsor Tower I think (I have not seen it for a while). The top is like a manor

 

The one I m doing is the Tudor Tower, I will make the Prospect Tower (which is almost the same with few different things), and the last one and highest one is the Woodstock Tower.

 

For the others such as The Cloisters or Tudor Gardens, I prefer to let them on left for now...

Wow, this is really superb - especially for a gmax BAT!

 

The only two things I'd look into:

• The roof texture looks a bit odd, as if the roof was brick, too. Maybe it would look better with a more greyish / anthracite-coloured roof to simulate tar paper or whatever roof materialis supposed to be up there
• The windows appear to be either grey or totally black. The curtains are superb, especially in the larger windows. The black background, however, is not ideal IMO. I know you cannot just add reflections with gmax, but AFAIR, there's a generic Maxis window texture that comes with the BAT (i.e., it should be pre-installed on your computer) and works surprisingly well - masters like Jason and Nofunk have used it befor switching to gmax. And if you look at their older BATs, I think you'll agree that the windows look pretty great.

@Aaron Graham & Vlasky : Thank you both, yes 3ds Max was in my project and for diverse reasons I didn't have time to train on it and I ve been back with what I know : Gmax lol. I know that possibilities to render a very high quality model is lower with this program but I m not sure to be so patient to try on Max for now. ( 

 

@T Wrecks : You are right for the windows, a better texture is needed. I will check where you told me. I got the intention to check on bat textures websites too, to find a more realistic one for black windows and curtains ones.

Here a little update of the Tudor Tower and its "twins" : The Prospect Tower. Both are different in textures. The top is also built differently. The Prospect get less molding and the top (left and right sides) has to be completed.

investigated and discovered two more things ye (see image)

1: the first tower has an ad announcing your area (tudor city) which is beatiful night

 

2: We are 2 twin towers, are 3 and a half-sister

I explain me

image, Tower 1 and 2 are almost equal, but the three were not apparently formerly 3 were the same, but the third was subjected to a reconstruction of one of the owners getting the different roof to the other (if I he asked, was a stupidity)

I ve been absent for few weeks.

 

Just showing a little improvement at the Prospect Tower's basement and top (regarding  google street view).

 

The base lobby is still on hold. I will do it as soon as I have updated the same way the Tudor Tower (right one).
