    Thanks guys! :)

SimCoug  - Aren't FAR pieces just curved roads at 90° and 45°? (I'm sorry, I'm terribly behind with some aspects of CC for SC4 :( )

Parisian - I'm not sure if I mentioned that :) The light well was there before the widening of Fifth Avenue (around 1909). Because I like how it looked before they removed it (along with the balustrade around it) I included it in the model. Personally I'm not against cars, they are splendid invention, but I don't like when cities are transformed according to car traffic. Removing all those fences, front lawns, porticoes etc. along Fifth Avenue took much of its charm.

I will post update on the next building soon :)

"Is it not cruel to let our city die by degrees, stripped of all her proud monuments, until there will be nothing left of all her history and beauty to inspire our children? If they are not inspired by the past of our city, where will they find the strength to fight for her future? Americans care about their past, but for short term gain they ignore it and tear down everything that matters. Maybe… this is the time to take a stand, to reverse the tide, so that we won't all end up in a uniform world of steel and glass boxes." - Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

Actually there are two FAR angles:

FAR 2 has an angle of about 26.5°

FAR 3 has an angle of about 18.5°

(diagonal roads are of course 45°)

These correspond to the NAM FAR networks (Fractional Angle Roads)

But if your building looks good rendered at either of those angles I'd be happy to take care of the lotting/modding.   :)

Thank your for that information Seraf. I ignored it.

I have the same thing with the Woodstock Tower of Tudor City. In the past there was a sort of spiky pinnacle on top that no longer exists right now.

Fifth avenue was full of wonderful mansions and buildings before they destroy most to build skyscrapers. That's a shame for most of them.

Here a picture just for the nostalgy :

Anyway, thanks again for that wonderful release. Keep it up for the next ones.

What a pity... Development is concentrated at the place with high land value. Considering the relatively new city, the frequency of urban renewal in some places is comparatively high.

Nice fountain, although it's quite small but still very well detailed. Congratulations. :)

Looks great, I want to see you models in gray for some reason that color is so pretty before you texturing you building, I do not like that blue/green color for a color place holder, but great work as always buddy   :]

Oh my, it's looking better in each update. :O

Another thing are you using symmetry on this building. The symmetry modifier will cut the batting time in have and enable you to apply more details do to the cut in time. :D
