I think you posted the same message seven times in a row 3.gif

It does rather good though. I especially like the first pic the most.

Jayster, I think it's amazing! I really love it, and as I said before, I don't like massive interchanges in my cities, but this seems so reasonable and rather compact, I think I will attempt something like this at some point. It is very well done!

Just one [minor] problem I have; I don't like how the textures are. It just bothers me how some have textured grass while most tiles are transparent! 15.gif I would probably use different highway walls, too. But these work just fine.

Great Interchanges guys!

Here's one of my hand drawn ones, edited to provide ease of view.

4952446853_ab3cc0b59a_b.jpg

The coloured arrows guide you through the network of tunnels/underpasses. The numbers indicate which highway is which. There is also a parking lot connected to this interchange.

The interchange was designed with realism in mind, but the acceleration/deceleration lanes were designed to be small to fit on the paper!

Definitely not made in Sim city (like I can!?!) but still worth looking at. Feel free to try to navigate all the ramps and learn your way through this miraculous interchange.

Awesome. The way that you linked highway 2 together is really impressive. Before I looked at it closely, I couldn't figure out how a car got from one part of 2 to the other, but you seem to have worked out a compact way to do it. One thing though- it looks like there's a way for a car to go infinitely around the loop made by 2 by using the offramp on 3.

Thanks for the link. Very useful. I downloaded some plobbable lights the other day but there must be a conflict since they led to a CTD. =(

Very neat interchanges!!! Here is a rural one of mine. I am just now starting to get the hang of the RHW

Nothing impressive.

Looked it up on Google Maps, and I think it would look really good with some trees. But yeah, it is rather huge for a T intechange...

Here is a new one I made a few hours ago.

103940648-4.jpg

And here are a few created quite a while ago (August); the reason why I didn't post these soon after taking them is that I tried to wait until I placed trees and possibly walls, as well as developing the surrounding area.  I really wish I had done that for those in my last post, as they now look way better than in the pictures I posted because they have > 10000 cars on each tile, as well as trees and DEDWD highway walls that I modified for myself to match the RHW base texture.  Anyway, here is one of the old ones:

I don't know if this one would be considered having weaving, as the entrance and exit lanes are on different sides of the highway.

Here's one of the two partial-y interchanges in the city.  The other one has one continuous curve for the longer ramp, but is RHW-6S instead of 8S, so I decided to post this one.  Sorry about the lack of diagonal fillers on the road to the right there; I'm not sure why I forgot to put them in.

Not technically an interchange, but I bring you segments of Ruta de Sepúlveda, the principal freeway in my new region. It's the largest and busiest freeway I have ever built. Comes fully equipped with up to 4 lanes in each direction for general traffic and up to 3 lanes in each direction for busses and carpools.

Right now I am trying to find an elegant way to have this whole mess cross a small river.

Thanks for the comments on the interchange I posted some pages ago! Here are some more from me. First off, an RHW-2 interchange in an area I'm working on, which rather had to be as small as possible. Still needs some finishing touches, tough. (Note: The RHW-8 splitter will off course be changed to an RHW-10 splitter once it's released)

A diagonal cloverleaf thing. Might replace it with something else in the future because I'm not very happy with it.

An ehh... interchange 3.gif It's based on the Y-Interchange you get with the NAM.

RHW tunnels do not exist.  Or rather, they don't show up.  It'll work, but you can't see a RHW tunnel.  You can use roads or one-way roads or avenues to do the tunnel instead.  (You'd use a road in this case of course.)

May I also suggest a slope mod, it looks far too bumpy, otherwise looking good!
