My attempt at a 5-way interchange. It has gone over many different designs.

Okay! After many attempts and different designs for a 5-way interchange, here is my final product! Taken at different angles.

I found this on my desktop, taken three summers ago, the last time I had any time to play. I cannot remember if the design was original. I removed the hill that the tunnel runs through with Terraformer.

Interchange rebuild to support 6 through lanes

I know I could have just used the median but this was more fun.

...But that's what I did with this one

Here's some of my freeway work with the NAM and RHW mod applied to the basic ground or elevated Freeway (I'm still working figuring out how to build from the RHW mod tiles...) in my capital - Corruscant. In Bree, immediately north of Corruscant. I included a Freight railway "Y." In Qo'nos, immediately NE of Corruscant, I have included a Freight  "Y" railway interchange along with a Freeway "Y." Way out to the ESE of Corruscant, in the mountains of Anchorhead, I pulled off an orthogonal interchange.

This is the northernmost terminus of PR-75 located just to the south of Lake Eagan City's CBD.

Excellent use of the MHO short L0-L1 transitions! I always forget about those, but they are super great in tight, compact spaces!

You might be missing a transition in the bottom right though *:kitty:!

@Indiana Joe Looks awesome! But sorry I spotted a issue with the SB- you need a lane ending transition before the other ramp merges in.

More freeway stuff, this time a trumpet interchange with just about all the doable transition lanes in the merge and diverge areas. This corresponds to the possible build of the PR-53 and PR-54 interchange just west of the downtown area of Guayama:

Very nice- I do like the design of that Y interchange and trumpet!

This UDI video contains a number of interchanges I've been showing here recently. It completes a major highway network from the main city all the way to the region border with SimNation.

The overpass that carries the south-to-east ramp across the east-to-north one didn't override properly, the "airbourne" tile remains RHW-2; I presume it's just a tile too short to gain stability. I could have gotten that tile from somewhere but then the ramp would have lost some smoothness and I decided to stick with this for now. As far as the game mechanics are concerned this interchange will not be used by actual Sims either way just because of its position relative to the action on that city tile and with some tactical MMPs, the little snag all but vanishes... The FLEX-interchange piece that merges that ramp into the through highway by the way did something seriously amazing to the slope over there. That's L2 to L0 in fewer than 10 tiles using two FLEX-pieces and I didn't even have to hide any unseemly bumps behind Norway Maples. That was the most surprising experience building this one for me I'd have to say.

And many thanks you guys for the compliments.

I just blew 100,000 simoleons, half this city's budget, experimenting with an urban interchange for an expressway... I ended up with a common cloverleaf.

Wait, what!? Where do those intersection pieces come from? What did I miss?

I may be wrong but it could be the new OWR ramps (Real Expressway) with NAM 38.  It also could just be slip lanes which you can do by dragging a combo of OWR plus road, although I have never seen two slip lanes converge into road like that before so I too am interested to see how @Edvarz accomplished this.
