Juding by when Selles registered to how many posts he's made.....im thinking his spent a hefty 2 1/2 years straight on that region, if not since the day Simcity 4 came out....looks like he plucked it right off the face the the Earth itself...

This one below is Port Karn, it has about 2.3 million inhabitants

 

This is Kevnia City, it is still far from done but I think it is starting to look pretty good.

This last city is called Servan, it is a relatively small city but I thought it looked pretty cool with the mountains and everything
