So these have the same 'function' as a 'grass area' type small park, but really look like something in a low wealth area. Much more realistic, cool. P.S. How about a bend and T junction?

We really need a way to group these types of "PropLots" together ... the Parks Menu is getting to a point where it will be a PITA.

I agree...that is why I put this in residential, even though it is not a growable residential lot, it is still residential in appearence

Beautiful for all those suburban areas. Piuty though that two of them appear identical. nr 1 and nr 7 I think. And indeed, also my parks menu is filling up and it makes the use of new lots more annoying.
