I agree that the model is great, but the lot size (and maybe the scale of some things??) is too big for this sort of commercial entity. It may even be to scale in reality, but it is not to scale with the other CS in the game. SC4 doesn't work with realistic suburban sprawl!

looks great!! those of us who come from NYC wouldnt kno what chick-fil-A is, but i love the place when im out of state!! a bit out of scale, but a definite 10/10

Chick-Fil-A is like KFC, except that they're usually much cleaner, with slightly better-quality food.

I've seen the new, smaller version a few times in game now - it's a 10 without doubt.

I have never eaten at one of these but my brother has when he went to Nassville, TN and he said that they have the best chicken.
