An idea for you. So you could make a growable, make the lot larger (maybe a 2x6?). Just an idea, as I LOVE growables, and I love the look of your tower. The roof looks fine to me.

Yeah, i agree with woelfwynde in one thing, this buildings are really nice looking in your cities, but you've made them way too small, i am currently living in Madrid and I can tell you that those two are a quite a bit taller than this, but for your first bat, is really great man

we should have more floating buildings and on-water buildings. There are just too many co$$$ highrises around, not that its a bad thing but something like a floating bat thats like a roof for highways etc. anyway pretty cool looking bat, 9/10

This is a great building, i tried to do this, but it was pretty hard to get the right effect. There are two of these side by side. I would say take the helipad off as it isnt there.

Thank you all for your comments. The buildings are modelled after the real height, but they seem small in the game as they aren't scaled up. I didn't scale them because they lose part of the "leaning effect", so I prefeared them to be slighty smaller.
