Can't make it growable, because building is bigger than lot. It would overlap with other buildings.

Fantastic! A 10. And by the way, how do you make a building larger than the lot? Every time I try I get an error message when saving.

mikeseith: I don't know which process Jbizzle has used, but I made it this way:

Then I made actual building with correct LOD sizes, saved it over same file and exported again. Now in lot editor buildings base is stilll small, but it building itself appears correctly

Oops, I forgot this sentence : First I exported just tiny LODs and brought it in lot editor.

This is already a great idea, and the well done building makes it better. Original and very cool.
