This is a really beautiful creation - sort of building that becomes a centre peice in a park - one of those "exclusive" gallaries that hosts benefits and such like!

As I said, the gallery is independent and because of this it can generate a revenue, but if you want it can be a civic building without revenue. Sorry for the bad english!
