the roof seems kind of plain, maybe add some texture, otherwise nice job

I guess some people expect only amazing buildings...but I dont. This is a beautiful example of a typical commercial building found in any major city....square base and tall....

Roof junk is fine and the size is perfect.Got kinda spoiled with your brand name project but this is also nice.

i like every part except the roof, i don't know why, but i thinks it's a little plain.

This building's not bad. I kinda dislike the entrance to the building because it looks cheap which doesn't make it a 5-star building. but i guess if this is what you were aiming for, I'd give it a 10.

Another simple, utilitarian design. We need lots more of these types of buildings.

Another wonderful building Simgoober. Nice simple disign but still some great details. Hey only 8 more bats and you will hit the 50 mark, thats a big acomplishment.
