Modern High School 1.0

Since when was 27,000 in a city make it TINY, Hi-Riser? :) I live in a city comprising roughly 4,600 people total, and its not even that small. I've seen much, much smaller. Anyway, this building is awesome! A great choice for my farming town!

I think that the population of the school should be expanded a little more. But my school (Fellowes High) has a massive campus and we only have 1000 students with a capacity of 2000. although it can't really compete with other Simcity 4 schools, it has great realism!

I very much like the design... Kind of reminds me of the High School I attend.

Am I missing a texture? Excellent lot but the grass doesn't show up. Help!

looks like a cool building here, installed I get texture / grass problem & yellow lines and blue crapp. will reserve rating untill or if resolved by superstar.

Missing dependency for Grass texture - NOT IN README or description. Looks like junk without the texture.

Great school, but Superstar, just like people have been saying, we need the grass texture, it's really annoying with this bluish thing showing up, please let us know which one we need to fix this problem.
