About This File

there are some beautiful props in BaroccoHispano's street props  and these lots only use a small fraction of what is in that awesome pack

these are dark night but  I took images using Maxis night to show that either mode works

should now be compliant with NAM

Standard Maxis stats?  I highly suggest re-running these through PIM-X to provide updated modern stats consistent with the Network Addon Mod. Otherwise these will clog the transportation network in almost any city.

I agree with @Kel9509. The original Maxis PIM stats/modding is kind of breaking things on the transportation side, that's why the NAM tried to fix it and provided override lots with the updated modding. Even if you don't want to use SC4PIM-X it is very-very strongly advised (and brought up and mentioned, requested in general many-many times over the past 5-6 years) to follow the Transit Switch Entry Costs and Station Capacities guide when anybody is making transportation lots. The manual modding of these stations (capacity and Transit Switch Entry Cost - TSEC) can be done with Reader. 

One more thing. You don't need to include the leftover ploppable building exemplar desc files, as in the case of plop lots (like subway or other transportation lots), the generated building desc (that you get from Maxis PIM) is getting written into the lot files and these extra desc files are useless dummys...

The only cases when one is required to inlude sc4desc files are the prop exemplar desc and the growable building exemplar desc files. The plop desc files are not required as they are in the ploppable SC4Lot file upon creation.

thank you  I originally didnt include the desc files but then edited this file to include them   I guess it doesnt hurt to leave them

as for TSEC and Capacity   do you mean all  have to do is edit the TSEC to .0095 and capacity to 24,000?

Yeah, more or less that's it. The other thing I would edit is the Demand Created. The maxis PIM gives that idiotic Jobs $ - 95, Jobs $$ - 5, Jobs $$$ - 0 amount, but with the NAM we mostly use the Jobs $ - 4, Jobs $$ - 1, Jobs $$$ - 0 values. This Demand Created stuff not that important, though, just a note. 

About the desc files. It would be better if they got removed, they are useless dummies. The game won't use them for sure...

I am checking this attached file and it shows up properly for me. Is it possible that there is a a copy of the file hiding somewhere in a subfolder and that overrides your updated file? That can cause this effect... image.png
