this lot is a park-reward building called "Piscina Pubblica" in English "Public Swimming Pool". It's a reward lot which gives 80 jobs. In addition it has a positive park effect, major rating effect and health effect.
It requires:
- 30.000 residential population;
- 1.000 high wealth residential;
- at least one hospital has been built;
- at least 15 parks.
It costs 15.000 § to build and 200 § per month.
