Schuyler Street Apartments  1.0.0

About This File

A neat little L shaped corner apartment in the Irvington neighbourhood of Portland built in 1929 that as far as I can tell is just called the Schuyler Street Apartment.

R-$$ tailored for a corner, the front lawn/walkway was raised and is basically part of the building so I incorporated it into the lot itself to avoid issues with prop placement inside the LOD, along with the foliage/trees etc.

Fantastic! This will fit right in in a lot of low-rise neighborhoods.

Thank you for another North American inspired bat! I love this theme as I really am drawn towards American cities from the late Victorian to the Art Deco periods, so anything that can fit work with that style is really appreciated! Great lotting too with the greenery being a perfect addition.

I had a feeling this was from PDX when you shared the preview on the “Show Us…” thread, but I had mistakenly thought it was a building formerly on /around the PSU campus. Anyhow, glad to see it released and thanks for sharing, it looks great!

Great Lot, love that it is modeled after a real building, and looks great on the corner lot!
