Schuyler Street Apartments  1.0.0

About This File

A neat little L shaped corner apartment in the Irvington neighbourhood of Portland built in 1929 that as far as I can tell is just called the Schuyler Street Apartment.

R-$$ tailored for a corner, the front lawn/walkway was raised and is basically part of the building so I incorporated it into the lot itself to avoid issues with prop placement inside the LOD, along with the foliage/trees etc.

this is cool, and I love the design of it. But, I'm curious as to why there's not a second fire escape on the 'right' side of the building? And, I'm talking about the irl image, cause, I'd hate to be on the 3rd floor and a fire breaks out and I hit the emergency exit door, only to need an ambulance for me and whoever i landed on, lol

That is a question only the folks back in 1929 could answer....

There appears to be other doors on the ground floor around the back of the building that might have given better emergency access, unfortunately I couldn't find any clear images of them so I had to leave them out.

This is fucking wild...i literally dated a girl who lived in this building years ago. There was a stray cat there who was always there to say hi, and her neighbors were all really nice.

Ha what a coincidence, I found it while going to Taste Tickler. Do you remember if that was the name of this apartment?
