About This File
This small 1x1 pharmacy lot is designed to fit in W2W environments, particularly those with Scandinavian themes. You'll find it in the menu with your other health and medical related buildings. It's named after the Norwegian town of Grimstad, but as far as I know it's not located there. 
Special thanks to @Oidaas for creating such a wonderful building!
The attached screenshot shows my custom pavement (created through @rsc204's MTRDK) and grass (Lowkee's Appalachian terrain mod). As far as I know the used texture ID's are standard, so it should work whether or not you're using particular mods. Let me know in the comments if you run into any trouble!

There was an issue with the original version I uploaded. Somehow sims couldn't access its health benefits. Thank you @sejr99999 for removing the problematic exemplar within the file.
