About This File

Inspired by Victoria Square in Manchester, this large brick tenement will house up to 550 R$ sims.
It grows on a 4x6 high-density lot under Chicago tileset.

Great building! I'm always looking for buildings like this for the poor neighbourhoods.

If I could give you one tip: the textures of the balconies are really stratched. You can fix this with the use of an uvw-map and a seamless texture. There's a general bat-tutorial that explains this. It's not hard and it looks much better. I'm not an experienced batter but that is one thing I know.

Don't get me wrong, the BATing is very nice and the other textures are just fine. I'm looking forward to see more of your buildings
