Thank you for marking this modification and sharing it, by the way, what procedure do you perform to modify residential buildings and turn them into commercial buildings? i have tried to do it, but i can't make the conversion it doesn't work out, if you could tell me, i would appreciate it!

There isn't any conversion. We used the SC4 PIM-X tool to create a new specific building exemplar (out of the model file) for Co$$$ growable and an other one to Co$$$ ploppable (the original version was a R$$$ growable residential also created by PIM-X). Then using said tool we created new lot files to accomodate these commercial building examplars. That's the only clean (!!!) way to create commercials out of residentials or residentials out of commercials. Always use the original model to create new building exemplars...
