GROWABLE R$$

I added a Residential version of it as it is half residential anyway. I will probably be continueing this style of building

and i'm possibly thinking of making pubs, and other shops in this style. There is quite a lot of detail gone into this building

and it goes really well in small towns, or even as a local grocery in huge city neighborhoods. This will also look good when i make

more buildings with same style which will then be wall to wall buildings.

ENJOY!

Looks good and sounds useful. More of that style is always appreciated.

That looks pretty good, I love the style. It would be like something you would see in a small town

It is in more of a British style, so some of you Americans may not like it or recognize building like this.

Look through my Buildings by clicking my name, i have done quite a few british buildings early on in my BAT days. Like the council houses or red brick terraces.

Love the styling, as you say, British in looks, so very refreshing. Hoping you'll be carrying on in the same way mate!

A very nice little store. Hey maybe I can get two side by side and they will act like an archology. Residents going next door to work or shop.

Good building Morhavoc. I like your ideas for pubs etc in the British style, I'm in Sydney so our suburb layouts etc are very similar to the Brits' style. Great work, thank you!

I'm not sure if I am the only one to whom this happens, but one of the sides has a blank texture spot over the top half part of the side wall (the triangular top).

The side on the left should be blank with no windows as it aimed as a wall 2 wall building. The right side should have a large sign with apples. The back is also quite blank with windows on the above floors and graffiti at the bottom. I dont know what you mean pierre.

Thx for replying Morhavoc. On the left side, I get an ugly grey texture covering the top third of the wall, that does not seem to be deliberate. It looks like the default grey you had in SC3 before you applied a texture. Are you using a particular add-on for textures that I may not have?

If you mean on the roof, but at the gable ends where the stepped areas are, i noticed the roof sticks through just a little and shows a black sort of triangle. I haven't noticed any missing textures though. If you know how to PM me a picture do that and ill see whats wrong.

I'm an American, and I like this style very much! I like, if you pardon the expression, "Old World" style buildings. I hope to see more in the future. You're an outstanding BAT_Artist! 10/10!

I do hope you make more of this style, because where I live in San Francisco there are a ton of these. Great job!
