NOTE that this lot is similar to, but not the same as the DEDWD DP Large Corner Servo (Res) lot. Both look similar, but this one is 3x3 and the other is 4x4. The other is designed to sit plop on a corner, whereas this one is for a straight section of road (possibly between some of SimGoobers brilliant local retail lots).
