@chongjunxiang3002 I appreciate the feedback, thank you!

I was not aware that the Chinese reading meant that but that is very interesting.  I took the Japanese reading of “South Seas” that historically referred to places in the tropics south of Japan.  I would love to run future Chinese signage by you in some future BATs to make sure it can make sense in that reading as well.

@Tyberius06 I very much appreciate the feedback.  You have read my mind in some ways as I have lately been considering the switch.  I want to do reward lots and not have to adjust and guess as much with pollution, power, and jobs.

been awhile since I’ve messed with the LODs but that huge LOD is a function of how I model the Asian roof.  As I do more I agree it would be good to invest some time into tightening.

Hey, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. A few weeks ago I found a texture problem at closest zoom, but never got around to reporting it to you. Anyways, just wanted to let you know so you might be able to fix things on your end with an update in the near future. Thanks.

P.S. Looking forward to that W2W Boardwalk Pack 02 whenever it's ready (unless of course, you've changed your plans entirely, and in that case, I look forward to whatever your next project turns out to be).

@TheTimvh1 thank you very much for bringing this up. I am not sure how I missed that, my apologies.  Will try to get an update out soon and I might as well throw in the canopy and the parking while I’m at it.

Hey, I don't know if they were always present, or if they were added in the updated version, but I noticed the lowest floor has a Family Mart and some other convenience store or other commercial outlet? Unfortunately, though the sign looks familiar, I nevertheless was unable to identify it. Mind telling me what it is? Just curious, that's all (Plus, I like compiling a listing of visible business names in my city just for the heck of it, lol) Thanks.

Thanks, I see that I didn’t put that in the description.  The one is indeed Family Mart.  The other is Ippudo, a Japanese ramen chain with international locations.  I went to the one in New York, but I’m sure the west coast has a few.  In hindsight its logo was probably not the best pick for that size sign as it’s more intricate then usual lol.

Ah, thanks for the info. Unfortunately, we don't get a lot of multinational franchises where I live (indeed most people think all my state is is corn fields). Pretty sure the reason it looked familiar is because I probably saw it or another company's sign with a similar logo on the net. Btw, do you take requests? I was thinking, maybe one of your buildings could feature an anime, manga and/or doujin goods store, like Comic Toranoana for example.

I’ll take requests.  I did do a 24 hour comic book store as the corner lot of the specialty nightlife pack, but I’m happy to consider another version.  Maybe it can be a part of the little Asia pack, along with some of your other ideas..

Cool. Oh, and I forgot to mention it in my last post, but the size of the Ippudo Ramen Express sign or it being more elaborate wasn't an issue. I just thought I recognized it, but couldn't put my finger on it. So no worries.👍

Hey, mind if I alter my earlier request a bit? Instead of simply a plain Comic Toranoana standalone shop, I was thinking a joint venture with Animate included (Sort of like how Stadium Karaoke and Lawson share the same building in your first Stadium Village set) would be a bit cooler, while also rounding out the missing media niche without necessitating a second building. I'll let you decide what the lot size should be (1x2, 2x2 or 2x2 corner?)

I mean, sure, there's already an Animate store in art128's Tokyo Building Pack 01, and there's still a Comic Toranoana one can download on SimCityEdit, but the latter isn't well known due to it being a relatively obscure Japanese website (said site is also hard to navigate and furthermore, could go down any time).

That and the fact both are mid-rise office buildings means they wouldn't work well in a small-town W2W setting. So yeah, if it's not too much trouble, that is my slightly altered request: Comic Toranoana/Animate. Thanks again.
