thank you  this building looks very good day & night and grows as expected

This building is handsome, well balanced and well designed technically. But there is more.

It challenges the original game's mechanics in which the tallest buildings are exclusively CO$$$ buildings.

This modest CS$$$, however, grows into a handsome, small-footprint skyscraper which is almost as big as Bank of China tower! The skyline will never look the same again with this little gem in your plugins folder!

Finally some diversity in the skyscraper zone, all thanks to breaking the rules!
