A 4x3 lot, I wasn't sure if it should be CS$ or CS$$, I went with CS$ in the end. This is smaller than the actual building which would probably be 4 or 5 tiles wide at least if it were accurate to the real life counterpart, not to mention the parking lot would probably make this something like 8x5 which was way bigger than I wanted a bowling alley to be. This also meant I had to abbreviate the front sign from 'Linbrook Bowl' to simply 'Bowl'. The neon sign is a prop included in the download.
