Red sky tower 1.0.0

I like this tower (though, I'm not a skyscraper lover at all - I'm more into small and medium european w2w buildings). This time the roof look quite good, though I would have chosen something less bright for the canopy above the stairs - however I'm not a BATter, so... It would be nice if you choose to pack the files into *.7z or *.zip archive and upload only the archive instead of several files on loose. 

From techy side, the 500 Co$$ occupants look a bit short for me for a tall tower building like this. Stage 8 actually would be more or less accurate, I guess (though I'm not sure about regular Maxis PIM stats - I did run a quick test with the model file and it would offer me around 3700-ish occupants), however this building with SC4 PIM-X (X-Tool) with more or less accurate filling degree (if one accept the stats what the PIM-X/filing degree gives) would give around 5600 Co$$ occupants and the stage would be between 12-14, which are all CAM stages (Colossus Addon Mod). That 3700 occupants would be still CAM (stage 10-12) (according to X-Tool), the closest to Stage 8 would be around 2772-ish occupants (filling degree 0.37 - well that's more or less the half of it, what I would guess following the PIM-X manual).

These are just informations for those who are interested in.
