Nice wall/glass texture. Good roof junk. Maybe more attention to ground and rectangle balcony thing. For me a 10 would require a building that jumps out as being special. If I were to rate, it would be 8, but I don't rate.

Anything I'd place and keep in my city is worth a 10 star rating. IMO, anything less is a knock to the hard work that was put into the BAT and that I put into my city. So a 10.
