It looks pretty cool and nice. I would like to ask a big, if it's possible. Could you remove that black base material from underneat the model building. And if it was not a huge trouble, would it be possible slightly adjusting the width of the model (AFTER you removed the black base) not to be larger then 15.99 meters. 
in that case the building would fit onto the a 1x2 lot and could behave as a w2w pencil tower as @Whte_rbt suggested it.

edit: after seeing sejr's images, actually a second version with my proposed modifications would be better and keeping the original as is - it looks pretty cool IG on those images. Torre 531?  

thank you for this R$ residential   it looks very good in game day & night (maxis night)  the color and texture blend well with existing low wealth buildings
