Meh, I uploaded this before i unlocked highways, I wasn't patient or bothered enough to wait until the year i unlock them since i started in the 1900s.

I'm up to the 1930s, stuck with roads, rail and subways and a whole lot of traffic.

It at least has some sort of network of flood control canals and waterways, and lot's of bridges which resembles something like the real thing.
