About This File

Hello Guys,

This time I bring more complex creation, it is a grow-able residential of students where there is education center as the main purpose. This building has electricity generator and water pump (see pic below) that can be utilized for other lot nearby. So it generates revenue and also cost (see pic below). The statistical and information can be monitored in dynamic GUID. So this one is one of my master pieces of lot. In simple words, it is 4 in 1 lot grow-able, residential-utility power-utility water-education service in one single lot.

One more thing is, this lot has no dependencies. Enjoy the game...thanks for downloading.

It may create water, but there is no means to ship that water to any other lot as there is no connection point for water pipes.

You can connect it start from the center of the lot...just try it...

Since you told me to try it, I did. Following are the results relating to both my previous comments.

The first screenshot (titled DataNode1) is the result of scanning an empty Plugins folder with nothing other than your lot. Notice all the red, this entries indicate missing dependencies. Note that such scans automatically include all Maxis content included in the game files.

The second screenshot (titled Reader) shows the subfiles in your .SC4Lot file. The LD subfile. while not always accurate, can often indicate non-texture dependencies used in the in the creation of the lot. Notice it mentions BSC.Dat. BTW, there is no download publicly available titled BSC.dat.

The third  and fourth screenshots (titled DataNode2 and DataNode3) are the result of a new scan of a Plugins folder that includes your lot and all the props and textures I currently have available to me. It shows a partial listing of resolved dependencies and that most of the red has been replaced by green. This indicates that most dependencies have been resolved, although there are still some missing textures. I counted no fewer than 6 BSC dependencies in the list as well as 1 PEGPROD texture dependencies. There are still 5 textures that cannot be resolved.

The fifth screenshot (titled SC4 - Normal) shows:
on the right: your building plopped using the lotplop cheat. Notice the lack of ground textures and any props. This results from a Plugins folder with only your lot. For testing purposes, there is a copy of the Palacio Real LM connected by pipeline to your building

on the left: a Maxis Water Tower and Wind Power Plant so that the Water Tower can provide water. For testing purposes, there is a copy of the Palacio Real LM connected by pipeline to the Water Tower

The sixth screenshot (titled SC4 - Underground) shows the existence of all pipes. The way the game works is that when a water pipeline is connected to a valid, powered water source, it changes the color of tiles extending 6 tiles in every direction from the pipeline, to indicate watered land. Watered lots are indicated by a dark blue color. Note that there are pipes crisscrossing under every tile of your lot (I could not have missed a valid connection point), and that there is no such indication of watered land, nor is the adjacent building (with the pipeline passing under it) watered.

The seventh screenshot (titled SC4 - Water Data View) shows the above ground situation. Light blue stiles indicate watered land. Dark blue lots indicate watered lots. Neon green indicates water producing buildings. Aqua green indicates underground pipelines. Note that the Palacio Real connected by pipeline to the Maxis Water Tower is colored dark blue, while the Palacio Real connected by pipeline to your building does not. Also note that there is no indication of any watered land surrounding your building or the pipelines connected to it. It fact the remainder of your lot surrounding your building does not indicate it is watered.

Please feel free to follow my testing methodology yourself. Let me know if either that methodology is faulty or I missed something.

Getting custom content ready for public release does not end with the creation of your model and the necessary game-files. You have been warned several time about the necessity of a correct Dependencies list, and that the list needs to be specific. You can't get away with "just download all BSC files" or "just download all PEG files". You can't develop that list from files that have been dat-packed.

Dependencies for props and Textures???

I dont understand what you mean, but so far I test in my city is working well (see pics below)...

And about dependencies BSC.dat is the prop, textures, or flora not really important, the lot still can run without those things. So it is not quite dependencies I think.

But if you dont like this lot just please dont use it...that very simple bro...if you ask me to improve like if I can make this lot can fly, then this should be good challenge for me...but if you are debating about the content of the lots...for me it is wasting time with that stupid request...even seems so smart but actually not...sorry! or you can make another like this but much better than me...hehehe...

So...please plug in naturally, let it grow naturally in your city...i dont like to use cheat...and never...bcoz I am not cheating person, and dont forget...buy original to get it right....hehehe

Thanks anyway bro...
