The American Airlines Arena (AAA) is a sports and entertainment arena located in Downtown Miami, Florida along Biscayne Bay. It was constructed beginning in 1998 as a replacement for the Miami Arena and designed by the architecture firms Arquitectonica and 360 Architecture. The Arena is home to the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. (Wikipedia, 2019)
The BAT was a request from PHBSD, so if you would like to see any buildings in SimCity 4 just send me a request and if I'm inspired I just might.. 
There is a small glitch that occurred during the render at the front ramp. I didn't manage to get rid of it. It's small though so I'm uploading it anyways
The .zip file contains a landmark lot with no jobs and a ploppable lot with Cs$$ 9600 jobs in your landmarks menu.
Unfortunately there is no night lighting like all my other uploads
