3 Times Square, also known as the Thomson Reuters Building, is a 32-story skyscraper located in the Times Square area of New York. Located on the seventh avenue between 42nd and 43rd Streets, the building was part of the ambitious renovation project on 42nd Street. Built by Tishman Constructions, it has 79,400 sqm and is the headquarters of Thompson Reuters. in New York, BMO Capital Markets and FTI Consulting, and on the ground floor there are Quicksilver, Sketchers, JP Morgan and Cafe Europa establishments. Like most buildings in Times Square, it has large electronic advertising screens on several facades.
The facade is composed of a curtain wall of glass and stone with metal panels, which favor natural lighting. The building was designed to be energy efficient and does not need heating. It is also equipped with dual gas / electric cooling systems that allow one or another power source to be used depending on the electricity and gas rates.

Situado en la séptima avenida entre las calles 42 y 43, el edificio formó parte del ambicioso proyecto de renovación de la Calle 42. Construido por Tishman Constructions tiene 79 400 m² y es la sede de Thompson Reuters. El edificio también alberga las oficinas en Nueva York de BMO Capital Markets y FTI Consulting. En la planta baja hay establecimientos de Quicksilver, Sketchers, JP Morgan y Cafe Europa. Al igual que la mayor parte de los edificios de Times Square, tiene grandes pantallas publicitarias electrónicas en varias fachadas.
La fachada se compone de un muro cortina de cristal y piedra con paneles metálicos, que favorecen la iluminación natural.
