About This File

The Cobb Altura Mega-Tower:

A residential tower housing 6603 high wealth sims.

The Cobb Altura is a new achievement in sim living. The Altura

Tower, approximately 800 feet high, dwarfs most other residential

buildings, even the Ong Condos. A sim might never need to leave

the Altura: there are numerous swimming pools and lounge areas,

a sky-high tennis court, and even a small shopping center on the

19th floor. The observation lounge gives a dizzying view of nearly every rooftop in the city.

The Cobb Altura is growable on a 5x5 high-density residential

lot. Or, you may also plop the building as a landmark, at a cost

of 95,000 Simoleans (but it will not contain residents). Unzip all the

included files into your plugin directory to install the building in your game.

If you want to grow the Cobb Altura, you must zone for 5x5 (hold the ctrl key while zoning), and you must have extensive demand for high wealth res (like the Ong).

I hope you enjoy my latest creation. This took 45 hours to render. :-)

it took a loooooooong time to start building in my city, and a looooong time to build, but when it's finished, it's just fantastic... it's very cool to have one of these in your city... can somebody explain me why any BAT buildings that I've downloaded is iluminated in the night time?

really great! not just a skyscraper, but an uberawesome ubergreat spacescraper! I liked all the cobb buildings, but this one is the best one I've ever seen. Up to that, I like the parks fitted in the building. great, thanks Cobb!
