This is a ploppable-only building that I finished last night. The lot is 4x3. Before anyone complains about the roof junk, night lighting or non-growable status:
roof junk: hidden inside the building's mechanical floor (the roof was given corrugation to spice it up instead)
night lighting: I just plain suck at this... nothing else to say. I tried and tried (as I did with The Lake) with no luck 
. Maybe one of these days I'll get it figured out.
ploppable only: Yeah, uhh, I don't know how to make it growable
