You couldn't get 4,000 students into those buildings with a shoe horn. Fantasy. 4,000 would tear each other apart at recess with only two swings, two slides & half a basketball court to play on. Fantasy.

The 100+ teachers & other staff are aparntly not going to be paid enough tgo affoard cars, since you have failed to provide less than 25% of the necessary parking. Fantasy. Since I was under the impression that SC4 was about realism, this lot gets a 1 from me.
