Please note that this Station is pretty much obsolete, having long since been included as an Option in the Network Addon Mod (NAM). The NAM version also features updated modding that will avoid potential capacity problems, which can lead to a bug that prevents entire transit networks from working. If you are using the NAM, you should not download this file, rather use the NAM included version instead.

I feel the description is too short. For many new players, and those who need more detail, to understand how something operates will be lost. Can it be used as a stand alone? Does it operate in conjunction with a specific El train? Do you have to connect each mode of transportation to it? Too many unanswered questions. This doesn't tell people anything more than the brief description in the game.

Whilst I understand your frustration, that doesn't really make the mod bad and therefore I feel your words are a little unfair.

Did you try simply to place it in-game?, if you had, I think you will see it's just a lot like the original Maxis Bus Stops, Subway Stations or Rail Stations. In other words, it will function as a station for any supported transit type that touches it, there is nothing to 'connect' as such.

I'll also add that this has since been included in the NAM, if you are using the NAM you should use the NAM version instead. In fact, I'd personally avoid this mod altogether as it's woefully out of date and may cause a lot of problems.

My apologiers. No offense intended. Was just confused. I am finding so much via the NAM and not all is self explanatory. Just wasn't sure if I had to place Ninja stations through the city, or if I had to connect subway tunnels, is it a requirement to connect the Ninja station to a rail to make the kiosks operational, etc.. Again I do apologise for any unintended offense.

Let's not worry about it, clearly you meant nothing negative by it :).

Put simply these are just stations, but stations only work if they are placed next to networks, this isn't NAM specific but more general to SC4. There are two main 'types' of station, those where you drag a network through the station and those where the network simply needs to touch it, i.e. run beside the lot.

Any network that the lot supports will be active, provided the station touches it. For example, if next to a road or street, you'll get bus service, this is kind mandatory since such lots require road access to function. But likewise, if you run a subway line either through or directly beside it, it will now also handle subway traffic. You can run Rail, Elevated Rail (or GLR), Monorail beside the lot and it will cater to those networks also. In short, this is all controlled by which networks surround the lot, but the only one that you must have is a road-based one, the rest are totally optional.

Inside the NAM .zip download, open up the 'OLD' folder, inside of which is a file NAM Transit Stations Manual.pdf - This readme more comprehensively explains how all the included NAM stations function and any special things you might need to ensure they function as intended.

Indeed I emphasise, the NAM is a lot to take in at once, but persevere and you'll be glad you did, it's by far and away the best mod for SC4 (says the NAM developer ;)).
