Nice building, but the pool just doesn't fit. Might make a small parking garage to go next to it, and make an optional 2x1 lot.

Looks nice but it seems like a R$ and no R$$ would want to live there.Flush the pool and stick a roof garden instead.

The idea is good and I like it but the grass on the roof is not good for me ... may some nice tiles ...

Happens waaaay too much! It shows up in all densities, and often. Looks nice, but needs to be fixed.

this shows up way tot much, and its ugly, and sometimes if you query it it crashes to the desktop. this is crappy

I would like it if it really only showed up in medium or high density, but I seem to always get it for low wealth low density lots where it looks really out of place.

this is great, but when i play the game its in stage one development. this is kindof annoying, like when im building a small suburb or farm town, and i dont want tall buildings. but otherwise its great!

Stay away from this building, it will ruin your town. And this is bad, because it's so beautiful :-(
