Finally! You can have those endless rowhouse neighborhoods that youve always wanted. I have made 6 different R$ rowhouse lots. They are of late 1800s style found mainly in chicago after the great fire. There are 8 different lots that feature these 6 buildings. All rowhouse buildings hold 45 people (fits Maxis' weird population scale) and cost 150 to bulldoze. You are GUARANTEED a rowhouse community if you zone residential staggered M/H/M/H/M/H ect.. as shown in picture 2. I have also included my edited residential lots which will make your residential communities look MUCH better. The 3x1 lots have been edited to only have a single house, not the 2 rowed look... totally unrealistic and im sure youll love it.
also, when you zone medium density you will get medium density, I have edited over 20 lots to make sure that when you have medium wealth areas, you still have those R$$ rowhouses popping up everywhere. This will allow you to have much more control over how your residential areas develop.
I have also edited down the size of 80% of those huge mansions so they can fit on a 4x? grid and not take up a whole block and look totally out of place.
My rowhouses and the edited residential lots are in seperate folders so you can choose not to use either if you dont like them. I guarantee that if you are a fan of realism or rowhouses, you will most definatly love this package, and this may be your favorite download to date. Any questions please ask.
This is the quitesential** rowhouse package, no plopping, no abandonment, LOW WEALTH, MEDIUM WEALTH.. Everything youve ever wanted out of a rowhouse package! And they look great too!
