The Fortune Cookie Corp. from SimCity 3000 Unlimited, now for Cities: Skylines.
This is my first custom building for Cities: Skylines (or any city-building game, for that matter).
This building is based entirely on and modeled after the building of the same name from the Asian architecture set from SimCity 3000 Unlimited. Created out of nostalgia for SC3KU, the first city-building game I ever played, and still a favourite, and a desire to have some of those buildings in Cities: Skylines, I hope for this custom asset to be the first of several I'd like to create based on buildings from SimCity 3000 Unlimited.
Basic stats:
- Found in Unique Buildings, Level 5.
- 5x5 lot.
- Includes custom LOD with custom textures. The LOD is 852 tris. The LOD textures are 256x256.
- Includes diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, and illumination textures at 2048x2048.
- Costs $50,000 in-game.
- Has several entrances, hang-out areas, and parking.
- The custom model is just a shade under 10,000 triangles.
- Note: Railing transparency may not work in the latest version.
Installation:
Download the desired file. Extract the .CRP file/s from the ZIP archive you downloaded. Place the .CRP file in:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets

Released
Added a custom LOD model as of 1.1.0 and fixed an issue with railing transparency in the latest version (1.1.1). More info about the LOD is in the main description.
