This is a tree that will provide more shade to the neighborhoods. This is a 2 piece set. One for the left and right of any subject. Feel free to use only one for whatever. It's great for small roads and walkways and I imagine for parks too.
NOTE: East/West directional placement will give the most extreme coverage when trying to fully cover a subject in game.

To install:
Extract .rar files into a folder
Place/copy .crp files into your Addons>Assets folder
