This Dutch Opera House is part of my set of Dutch Reward Lots that replace the Maxis Rewards.
The lot obviously replaces the Maxis Opera House. It has exactly the same stats. The size is 5x8 tiles.
The upload also contains a Landmark version with CO$$$ jobs. The stats are in the ReadMe.
If you only want to use one of both you can delete the other.
The dependencies list got a bit out of hand for one lot, but if you have more of my lots you probably have them all already. Nothing fancy.
Besides the listing you also need the Maxis Rockefeller Center. I have no idea where you can find that one... So I hope you have it. If not: no problem, You just won't have a Christmas tree at the plaza.
