All Sims need roast beef sandwiches! This Arby's is modeled after thereal one in my hometown. It seemed like the only fast food place thatsomebody hasn't made already!
Arby's functions as a landmark. Itseems a pain in the neck to add jobs to landmarks, so it has a 15-15landmark effect instead.
It's plop cost is $400, and it's bulldoze cost is $500.
No monthly cost.
It's on a 3x4 lot with some trees and a parking lot.
The model features nite-lites.
Complete with drive-thru.
Thanks to my mom, screen name "Wyomom", who drove me out many times for"Just one more picture of Arby's" Enjoy (I know I'm forgettingsomething...)

A big thank you to SimGoober for modding my Arby's! Arby's is now an RCI Ploppable and a Growable.
Three lots in the zip: Landmark - see above. RCI Ploppable - 23 CS$$jobs, same stats as landmark. Growable - 23 CS$$ jobs, growth stage 2.
The SC4LOT files are in separate folders in the zip file, in case you don't want all three.
Also, a thanks to SimGoober for the nice Arby's menu icon.
The landmark hasn't changed, except for the icon, and I addedstreetlights. The RCI ploppable and growable look similar. Addedinstructions. I'm afraid I completely spaced out new screenshots, butlike I said, they look similar. I'll get new ones soon.
