This is my first mod ever for SimCity (5) 2013 , so let me explain what i have done in this mod called RESTRUCKS .
This mod changes the frecuency time that all service car (police,fire trucks,ambulance) arrives to your town , and not only the service cars it also changes trade depot (not the big) trucks frecuency making it almost instantly spawn , so take care of this mod , you will have a better response time from neighbour city services .

, i wrote wrong the install instructions , please follow the new ones :
SimCity\SimCityUserData\Packages ---------- package called SimCity-Scripts_287520926 in folder.
SimCity\SimCityData -----------> mod package Offline_regional_service_trade_v1a in folder.
So this is all , and if someone wants to know what RESTRUCKS means it is Regional Service Trade Trcuks.
