With some help I finally managed to fix a problem that has plagued me for a long long time. Three buildings had this problem of clumping agents as they entered the lot which heavily restricted how many agents that building could handle.

 

This mod alters the University, Community College, and pro Stadium entrance paths enabling agents to be consumed immediately, eliminating the clumping effect. Now the number of agents the building can process is only limited by your road networks leading to the building and not the building itself. In testing, I've had four lanes all dumping into the University at the same time and it handles them all easily.

 

There are two different versions of each file as I had to edit the same files that Guillaume edited with the Extended data in Rollover mod. One version should be used if you use this mod and one should be used if you do not use his mod.

 

The files with "_Rollover" in the file name should be used if you have the rollover mod. Currently only the stadium doesn't have a rollover option and am hoping Guillaume updates the mod to reflect stadium values.

 

Place the selected files in your SimcityData folder, NOT SimCityUserData.

 

This mod will work fine in both offline AND online use.

Interesting idea for a mod. Could a similar mod be used to fix the traffic jams at great works?

My roads are always plagued by jams though. Would be nice if traffic lights are removed entirely in a similar mod so that the traffic flows smoothly. Still, thank you kind sir

Really... Now I must say you are on the right track to solve traffic problems, I hope you will continue to update this mod with additional buildings. I know the Omega factory can use a tweak and perhaps the utility buildings including the specialized buildings

It would be great if you update this MOD for great works. It's pathetic to watch them take a whole day to consume all the traffic going into them.

I'm assuimg there are no conflicts between the "extended rollover mod" and this one, am I correct??

If you could do the same for Megatowers, it would be really really useful and awesome !!!

 

Megatowers do help with the limited city sizes to some extent but cause horrendous traffic issues, mainly because of this clumping effect at its entrance

This happens at the ferry terminal as well, and the cluster never goes away, only the number of clumped vehicles varies. Please consider adding it to your next release!

Downloading now!  So excited to be getting into modding my SimCity game.  This is the second one I'm going to try (with the battery pack add-on objects I've gotten from this site as well.  I'm currently only looking for mods that can work in the online mode since I still connect to the servers to play private regions as the game can still access the Global Market prices and I love a challenge.  Hopefully this gets rid of what has been plaguing my games as well!  Thanks a ton and look forward to more of your work.
