About This File

Hello all :D

What this mod pack does:

- Increases module count of everything except for the VTOL pads

- Decreases air pollution (not all of it)

- Decreases ground pollution (not all of it)

NOTE: You have to choose between two different files when unzipping them to the SimCityData folder:

OmegaFactoryenhancement: Increases jobs from 1,000 to 10,000

OmegaFactoryenhancement2: Decreases jobs from 1,000 to 500

I may update this mod pack, and a video will be posted here soon.

How to install:

1. Unzip the files after downloading.

2. Copy and paste the .package files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games/SimCity/SimCityData.

Enjoy! More are to come!

Umm I wouldn't have increased the number of jobs, but would have decreased the number of jobs per Omega factory. By default Its already hard enough to keep employees employed with Omega factories in a city.

Okay :) I may decrease the number of jobs as part of a separate package in a future update, but I'm not gonna complete remove them because people may want the number of jobs increased.

make separate package for job it's good idea..but you increase everything except Vitol..
it's like vitol is stepchild...:(

A few suggestions - decrease the number of jobs by around half... Right now, Omegaco needs way too many jobs for how many you really need in your city. The other issue is how quickly it runs through ore and oil resources. It runs through processors just fine but the rate for oil and ore is just insane.

I can't open the Zip, I think something is wrong with my PC or something. Sounds like a great mod tho.

Hello I unzipped the file. I installed the one that reduces the number of employed
(OmegaFactoryenhancement2) in the folder simcitydata as shown but it does not work I should put (SimCityDLCEP1-Scripts_287520926) in any folder.

Are you saying that you placed SimCityDLCEP1-Scripts_287520926 in the SimCityData folder or you didn't?

My PC says something about an error when trying to open the file or it\s corrupt. Can you tell me what I may be doing wrong?

Im guessing he asked where in which folder should he paste this file "SimCityDLCEP1-Scripts_287520926". I'm afraid, you need to copy "SimCityDLCEP1-Scripts_287520926" and paste it in the same folder.

As for myself, I'm still new to this modding/Simcity 2013. Correct me if I'm wrong. Cheers.

Sorry but can I have clarification on where to put the script file.  I placed it in the gamedata folder (same as mod) but in-game the popups on the factories read garbled.  Also, factories modules could be selected individually with the buldozer, but the whole factory could not be demolished in any way.

Here are the mods I have installed..

  • College traffic/clumping fix
  • bridge tunnel mod
  • cam mod b1
  • dramatic lighting
  • manx cut the grass
  • pedestrian paths
  • one way roads
  • perfect road guides
  • service road

Still not having any joy with this mod.

Usually dlc ep1 and simcity scripts go in  simcity user data/packages folder,

And the rest if not specifically implied go in the simcity data folder.

Now if they don't work in the data folder then put them in simcity user data and if they still

don't work then you've got something that's conflicting with them.

Can't unzip, file is invalid. I've not had any problems with other mods, just this one. A shame, it would be nice.

For anyone having problems, you have to demolish your factory after you have installed the mod, otherwise it wont update.
