About This File

This mod conflicts with "ExtendedWorkerDataInRollover". This causes it to plop on roads with its rail connection part - rendering it useless.

However, by simply renaming the mod to "00rotatedtrain", for instance, fixes the issue.

 

 

It's plop-able on roads, not the railway. No need for useless double intersections.

 

Yes, it will connect to road not rail!

 

No more need to tedious work with dirt roads ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HYxn74Olrc ) to measure where to place it.

No more need to draw a railroad between two roads, plop the station, add the corresponding railway on the otherside, delete the station and the in-between rail and plop it again the way you want to... 

 

All that hassle is no more with ProcsKalone's Rotated Trainstation

It's not a perfect mod, connecting rail to it is a bit difficult sometimes and it doesn't look the way it's supposed to, but these are minor issues.. it's damn near perfect if you ask me!

I need to work a 9 hour shift today, but I am very excited to try this mod out! I'll let you know my opinion on it once I get the opportunity tonight.

Im not sure,but i think this mod conflict with "Capton Polymizer Plastyc".Before i use this mod,i use Capton mod,it worked well.but after i use this mod,i cannot plop 11th oil well.Everytime i plop,just 'boom',disappeared.

 

I hope the others player can test this too.

Hmmm it shouldn't affect that mod as far as I know. Based on what the people over at reddit have gotten back to me about, it seems iit does conflict with Guillaims' ExtendedRollover mod. The issue you mention seem to be an issue script related which this mod doesnt touch. I'll give it a look into later on today to see whats up.

@ procskalone i just read your comments on reddit about it conflicting with extended worker and the rail part snapping onto the road instead of the road part snapping to the road i have found a solution to this basically i just renamed it 00rotatedtrain.package and this fixed the problem!! simple but effective can now have both mods working together and as always thanks for all your hard work on all these superb mods

What do you mean how does that work? Just rename this mod so it is before the extended data mod and it plops how it was supposed to i don't get how that's can be misconstrued tbh??

sorry just to let you know that it doesn't have to be renamed to that that's just what i decided to change it to so i could keep track of it any name will do so long as it comes before the extended data mod i only tried this was as i read on another mod that mods are loaded in alphabetical order and just thought i'd give it a go and luckily it worked

 

Edit just been doing a bit of extra checking it is being messed with when ordered after extended data this is dwfinate as i have tried changing names to verify it is also the same for the german train station mod procs uploaded above but as that is already names before extended data not many people will have this problem unless changing names

For some reason, when I plopped it on a medium-density street, the rail side is the side that connects with the street, with the high-density street on the other side.

But isn't that what you want? Making it plop on road? You just need to make it connect with rail in a similar way how you would've done that with roads - although that way of connecting isn't as clear as it was without the mod.

Regarding that, I really think there may be a fix to that but ive just been reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllly lazy to get around to trying to fix that terrain that appears on the part where youd draw the tracks (im sorry :( I promise im trying to build up the morivation)

I would put a vote in but since renaming the mod to the suggested name it still will not work, it plops to the road fine but is pretty much useless after that as you can't connect railway track to it just shows as in the pic the grey area where the track once was..
