Lemons have arrived in SimCity! This is a set of three Lemon farm lots designed to help your rural areas become more realistic. The Shmails Lemon Farm has just come to town to grow their award-winning crop for your sims. The company has made a deal with a local packaging/processing company to make and distribute Shmails' Country Lemonade. They have also found a few teenagers willing to work at the roadside lemonade stand. Here are the stats....
Lemon Farm - $1000 plop, $100 doze, 24 farming jobs on a 5x4 lot.
Lemon Packaging Plant - $2000 plop, $200 doze, 72 farming jobs on a 5x7 lot.
Lemonade Stand - $250 plop, 25 doze, 3 cs$ jobs on a 1x1 lot.
This is the first of a new series I am doing that will add many farming jobs in a variety of new farms and plants. Copy one or all of the lots, as well as the model and desc. files into the plugin folder. The BAT model is a lemon tree that is used on all three lots. As always, all Shmails designs are free domain once uploaded, so feel free to use them at you leisure. More pictures can be found on my BAT design thread in the forums. Growable is on the way, but it is still in testing. All comments and suggestions are appreciated. Enjoy!
Update: I forgot to add the 1x1 filler tile which has six trees, is found in the park menu, and has no maint. Sorry about that and thanks to Afrothunda for the reminder.
