Short description:
Network Addon Mod already contains over- and underpasses for pedestrians; however, they are limited to the white pavement textures. Therefore, I’ve created a small set of underpasses fitting the other base textures. To make several underpasses work properly, they need to be connected either to the FLUP puzzle pieces from the NAM or to any traffic route that can be used by pedestrians. This way, pedestrians can get without problems across other traffic routes, such as highways, railways, or roads. The underpasses only let pedestrians pass, they block any other traffic.
There are 9 underpasses for the subsequently mentioned pedestrian mall varieties:
- Concrete (White pavement)
- Pavement (pink)
- Cobblestone
- Red Brick (comes in 2 varieties; please see second scrreenshot)
- Sandstone (2 varieties)
- Grass
- Path

Installation:
Download the archive corresponding to the language you want. Extract all files to a folder where you will find them. Move or copy this folder into your Plugins sub-folder of your edition of SimCity 4 (for instance: C:/Programs/Maxis/SimCity 4/Plugins).
To uninstall, please remove all files from your Plugins subfolder.
Compatibility:
Since this plugin requires installation of the Network Addon Mod, it is only compatible with SimCity 4: Rush Hour, or SimCity 4 Deluxe.
